Finance

• Prices range from £320 to £755 per week. The deposit is retained to cover any damage that might have occurred during your stay.
• To secure your booking we ask for £100 deposit which will be returned to you by post during the week following your holiday. 
• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Living Arrangements

• You are welcome to quietly explore the grounds of Lower Idston which are gradually being restored.
• There is easy parking for two cars.
• We request that no smoking or pets be allowed in or around the property.
• Devon operates rubbish recycling methods, which will be made clear on your arrival.

We provide:

• Duvets/ Sheets
• Bathroom towels (not beach towels)
• Travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding) and high chair.

Arrival/Departure Times

• The cottage will be available from 3pm on the first Saturday of your stay.
• Please telephone 01548 559338 in the week before your arrival to arrange for key collection.
• The property needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
